About the role

  • A part-time branch-based opportunity working 28 hours per week.\nWork across our Lloyds and Halifax branches within a reasonable distance.\nHelping customers side by side in branches or working from home answering calls, social media, web-chat and remote advice video calls.\nResolve customer queries and give customers confidence in the service.\nCollaborate closely with colleagues to ensure customers' needs are met.\nDevelop skills through the Skill Progression Framework to handle more complex customer needs and progress pay.

Requirements

  • Crucially, you're a people person – to be honest and genuine, caring about helping people with their finances (no previous financial services experience required)\nThe ability to quickly build relationships to give customers a fantastic experience.\nThe passion to put yourself in the customers' shoes, show empathy, acting with care and integrity – taking time to resolve queries and giving our customers confidence in the service you’re providing.\nThe commitment to deliver on your promises and going above and beyond for your customer.\nA genuine teammate - collaborating closely with colleagues to ensure your customers' needs are met.\nIf located in in one of our hybrid locations, you will need to meet our Homeworking criteria, for example, a quiet, private room at home, stable internet connection.
