About the role

  • Customer Success Manager working with enterprise customers in a hybrid model. Driving renewals and upsell opportunities while advocating for customer needs within Semrush's digital marketing platform.

Responsibilities

  • Drive high customer retention and renewal rates by managing renewal pipeline
  • Work closely with account teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Conduct regular business reviews with Key Accounts
  • Collaborate with customer stakeholders to understand workflows
  • Advocate for improvements based on customer needs
  • Execute onboarding for new customers

Requirements

  • 4-6+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related role
  • Strong pipeline management skills
  • Proven track record of building strong relationships
  • Proven experience in relationship management
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • General understanding of digital marketing technologies
  • Experience with upselling customers and generating qualified leads
