Responsibilities
Drive high customer retention and renewal rates by managing renewal pipeline
Work closely with account teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities

Execute onboarding for new customers
Requirements
4-6+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related role
Strong pipeline management skills
Proven track record of building strong relationships
Proven experience in relationship management
Excellent problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
General understanding of digital marketing technologies
Experience with upselling customers and generating qualified leads
