Responsibilities

Participação em Reuniões Estratégicas: Conduzir reuniões de acompanhamento e revisão de contratos, propondo melhorias.
Gestão de Riscos e Oportunidades: Identificar pontos de atenção e oportunidades de melhoria nos serviços prestados.
Garantia de Adesão às Políticas: Aplicar normas e procedimentos internos para assegurar compliance e qualidade no atendimento.
Requirements
Graduação completa em áreas relacionadas, como Direito, Administração, Marketing, Comunicação ou área da Tecnologia.
Experiência prévia em áreas comerciais, atendimento ao cliente, ou relacionadas será considerada uma vantagem.
Familiaridade com os produtos, serviços ou setor similares ao da Elaw.
