Responsibilities
Support the Customer Success (CS) team with client onboarding, follow-up, and ongoing support
Help resolve user inquiries and escalate product issues to the product team in Germany
Assist the Sales team with prospecting, meetings, and presentations
Contribute to internal projects, process improvements, and quarterly OKRs
Support Sales & Marketing in organizing trade shows, events, and field campaigns
