About the role

  • Act as the link between Sales, Customers, and the Supply Chain team.
  • Ensure that logistics, labelling, packaging, and ordering requirements are captured, set up, and delivered effectively.
  • Lead initial customer discussions on logistics, labelling, packaging, and compliance requirements.
  • Support ticket ordering tile setup in collaboration with FAEs.
  • Translate customer needs into clear actions for the Supply Chain team.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for supply-related queries before escalation.
  • Identify recurring customer pain points and recommend process improvements.

Requirements

  • Experience within a similar role within the SIM industry.
  • Experience with order management platforms.
  • Demonstrable experience of liaising with customers and delivering a high quality service.
  • Good technical understanding of SIM card technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills and comfortable managing a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Super-organised and flexible, managing day-to-day tasks with relative autonomy.
  • Problem solver; self-starter with “can do” attitude.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to keep multiple activities and tasks moving at the same time.
