About the role

  • Moderate content of the ExoClick network ensuring internal procedures are followed and maintaining consistently high standards of work
  • Answer compliance-related questions from clients using various platforms (Email/Tickets)
  • Manage workflows to agreed KPIs
  • Protect the network from 3rd party threats and advertising security issues
  • Perform challenging problem solving and analytical investigations
  • Provide assistance to clients around the world 24/7 in a fast-paced environment
  • Work within the ExoClick Customer Services Compliance Team to provide high level client service and protect network/clients against online security threats

Requirements

  • A very high level of attention to detail
  • Strong investigation skills
  • Fluent in or native English (strong oral and written communication)
  • Multi-tasking abilities
  • 24/7 flexibility (ability to work night shifts)
  • Proficient with PC based software and browsers
  • Comfortable with all types of Adult content websites
  • Desirable: Previous experience in online customer care environment
  • Desirable: Technical background (HTML, JavaScript, proxies)
  • Desirable: Previous experience in auditing
  • Desirable: Knowledge of website construction and/or online advertising
