About the role

  • Assist users with account or product questions via email and chat (no phone calls)
  • Provide accurate, efficient support using tools and internal resources
  • Moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform standards
  • Identify and report harmful or inappropriate material
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in German and English
  • Work on a hybrid schedule supporting users and keeping online platforms safe

Requirements

  • Fluent German (C2)
  • Intermediate English (B2 or higher)
  • Basic tech skills (Microsoft Office, web-based tools)
  • Strong attention to detail and written communication
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts (including weekends/evenings)
  • No prior experience required; full training provided
  • Team-first attitude and willingness to learn
  • Support via email and chat only (no phone calls)
