  • Customer Service Representative providing exceptional customer service for Bonfe, a home service provider. Managing calls and advocating for customers while collaborating with team members in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in line with department KPIs
  • Deliver exceptional service using empathy, problem-solving, and clear communication
  • Advocate for both the customer and Bonfe’s reputation
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve company and departmental goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and career development
