About the role

  • Customer Service Representative in a call center for Sport-Thieme, guiding customers through products and services. Role includes account creation and data verification for customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Provide telephone-based advice to our customers on products, deliveries and promotions
  • Serve as the first point of contact for our customers
  • Accept and process orders
  • Create new customer accounts and verify existing customer data

Requirements

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent vocational training
  • Reliable and a team player
  • Flexible working hours Monday to Friday between 7:30 AM and 6:00 PM
  • Excellent spoken and written German
  • Confident and friendly telephone manner
  • Good PC/computer skills
