About the role
- Advise and support customers across different markets (France, UK, Sweden, etc.) via phone, email, and social media.
- Handle inquiries about tracking an order, product or service questions, and resolve incidents.
- Gather and categorize customer feedback and suggestions to share with relevant internal teams.
- Collaborate with other departments to handle customer requests efficiently.
- Join the team and take part in key projects where impact will be remarkable.
Requirements
- Fluent in Deutsch.
- Good level of Spanish.
- Live in Madrid or are planning to move here soon.
- Great team player, but also able to work independently.
- Highly adaptable and enjoys challenges.
- Enthusiastic and curious, eager to learn new things.
