About the role

  • Advise and support customers across different markets (France, UK, Sweden, etc.) via phone, email, and social media.
  • Handle inquiries about tracking an order, product or service questions, and resolve incidents.
  • Gather and categorize customer feedback and suggestions to share with relevant internal teams.
  • Collaborate with other departments to handle customer requests efficiently.
  • Join the team and take part in key projects where impact will be remarkable.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Deutsch.
  • Good level of Spanish.
  • Live in Madrid or are planning to move here soon.
  • Great team player, but also able to work independently.
  • Highly adaptable and enjoys challenges.
  • Enthusiastic and curious, eager to learn new things.
