About the role

  • Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat in Dutch
  • Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and troubleshooting
  • Deliver exceptional customer experience while ensuring quick and efficient resolutions
  • Accurately update and maintain customer records in the internal system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality
  • Work Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (no weekends)

Requirements

  • Fluent Dutch speaker (C1 or above) – written and spoken
  • Basic English skills (B1 or above) – for internal communication
  • Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment
  • No prior experience required; positive attitude and willingness to learn
