About the role

  • Assistente de Promoção ensuring efficient and compliant prize delivery logistics in marketing campaigns for a leading digital marketing technology company.

Responsibilities

  • Actively support the organization and management of prize deliveries across various formats (sweepstakes, contests, promotional vouchers), managing the prizes for each campaign and ensuring correct assignment and distribution.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for winners, communicating with empathy and clarity to request, validate and organize all documentation required for prize delivery.
  • Rigorously manage and file essential documents such as regulations, terms, authorizations, receipts and declarations, ensuring legal compliance and easy access to information for the purpose of closing accountability dossiers.
  • Diligently monitor deadlines and deliveries to ensure all steps are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Maintain relationships with clients and suppliers, ensuring smooth communication aligned with campaign objectives and legal obligations.
  • Assist with data collection and control and prepare promotional results reports, using Excel/Google Sheets to create organized and informative spreadsheets.
  • Track legal processes with regulatory bodies (e.g., SPA/Ministry of Finance) and legal counsel, ensuring all actions comply with current legislation.

Requirements

  • Experience in commercial promotions (sweepstakes, promotional vouchers and contests).
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets: ability to create and manage complex spreadsheets, use formulas, pivot tables and charts for monitoring and reporting.
  • Clear, empathetic and professional verbal and written communication, with excellent ability to interpret regulations.
  • Extremely organized, methodical and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously without sacrificing quality.
  • Demonstrate responsibility, problem-solving focus and flexibility to adapt to unforeseen events and tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related fields.
