About the role

  • You will be responsible for post-sales support, regardless of the Stone product, through one of our four communication channels (email, chat, WhatsApp, or phone) and via CRM.
  • During your work, you will be evaluated against quality and efficiency goals that allow us to measure service in pursuit of continuous improvement for our customers. After all, our objective is not only to resolve issues but also to delight Brazilian entrepreneurs.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • University degree in progress or completed
  • Prior experience in Customer Relationship (minimum 1 year)
  • Didactic and customer-focused
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
