Requirements
BSc or MSc in Business, Engineering, Information Technologies, or a related field
Strong communication skills and a genuine interest in working with customers
A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn about project management, technology, and business
Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Fluency in English
It would be nice if you also had:
Experience from internships, academic projects, or volunteer work related to project management or customer service
Familiarity with MS Office tools like Excel, PowerPoint, or Power BI
