About the role

  • Design and execute national sales strategies for SME customer segment
  • Lead performance management through precise forecasting and data-driven insights
  • Collaborate closely with Finance and Supply Chain
  • Optimize revenue through strategic customer management
  • Identify opportunities within existing accounts

Requirements

  • Business degree at BSc level or equivalent
  • 5-7 years business experience
  • 4-5 years’ experience from commercial leadership roles
  • Experience of large customer sales and/or experience as sales manager and/or Business Development
  • Ability to work independently in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Dynamic
  • Proven ability to navigate in a multinational corporate environment
  • Experience with stakeholder management on senior management level and towards customers
  • Excellent language skills in English as well as one of our Baltic or Nordic languages
