Responsibilities
Responsible for functional management, leadership and execution of sales related activities for the Nestlé Health Science portfolio
Manage relationship with external brokers and work with internal teams to identify business opportunities
Establish strong working relationships with internal teams including Customer Strategy, Finance, and Customer Service
Deliver against sales targets and new product distribution goals
Identify new opportunities for growth and develop strategic sales plans
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Related Field preferred
5 years of experience strongly preferred with at least 2 years working directly with 3rd party brokers supporting distributors/wholesalers
Sales experience in the grocery, drug, and/or mass retail channel(s) required
Knowledge of the Medicare Advantage business model preferred
Experience in consumer goods and health & wellness highly preferred
Prior experience using syndicated data to determine customer needs and establish effective pricing and promotional activities
