About the role

  • Customer Development Manager for Nestlé Health Science managing sales activities in pharmacy channel. Focus on relationship management and driving business growth with various internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for functional management, leadership and execution of sales related activities for the Nestlé Health Science portfolio
  • Manage relationship with external brokers and work with internal teams to identify business opportunities
  • Establish strong working relationships with internal teams including Customer Strategy, Finance, and Customer Service
  • Deliver against sales targets and new product distribution goals
  • Identify new opportunities for growth and develop strategic sales plans

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Related Field preferred
  • 5 years of experience strongly preferred with at least 2 years working directly with 3rd party brokers supporting distributors/wholesalers
  • Sales experience in the grocery, drug, and/or mass retail channel(s) required
  • Knowledge of the Medicare Advantage business model preferred
  • Experience in consumer goods and health & wellness highly preferred
  • Prior experience using syndicated data to determine customer needs and establish effective pricing and promotional activities
