About the role

  • Independent management of our commercial clients (companies with approx. 50+ employees) across the non-life (property & casualty) lines (excluding motor, life, and health)
  • Daily advisory support to our corporate clients on technical insurance matters
  • Negotiation of renewals, tender processes, and policy condition comparisons
  • Preparation for, and participation in when required, annual review meetings together with the field sales team
  • Actively contributing to company initiatives within our OKR methodology — e.g., supporting digitalization projects or optimizing internal processes

Requirements

  • At least several years of experience with an insurance broker or insurer in commercial or industrial insurance
  • Solid expertise in at least one non-life line such as industrial fire (property), business liability and product liability, etc.
  • Completed vocational training as an insurance specialist (Kaufmann/frau für Versicherungen) or insurance business administrator (Versicherungsfachwirt), alternatively a relevant degree
  • Enjoys actively shaping Contrust’s future beyond client servicing and is motivated to grow professionally
