About the role

  • Develop University Access Curriculum, synthesizing existing knowledge resources and incorporating global and national best practices
  • Build and maintain key design knowledge pieces such as Theory of Change, Logframe, and assessments
  • Work with CEO to analyze ongoing initiatives and with Lead Program Design to develop annual roadmaps
  • Collaborate with Project Manager to design cohort- and location-specific programs
  • Incorporate innovative practices like gamification, learning-by-doing, and community animation into programs
  • Coordinate with mentors, alumni, SMEs, expert institutions, and universities to design sessions and refine curriculum
  • Lead the annual university access report tracking longitudinal impact and capturing insights
  • Conduct orientations and refreshers for virtual and field teams and build team capacity
  • Support fundraising and donor management teams by communicating program insights
  • Manage the organizational knowledge repository

Requirements

  • Experience: 2-3 years
  • Desired Profile: 3-5 years of experience in designing curriculums, managing capacity-building programs, and working with diverse teams
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills
  • Ability to augment curriculum with communities of practice and gamification
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
  • Knowledge of program monitoring and evaluation processes
  • Strong report writing and data analysis skills
  • Experience working with mentors, alumni, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
  • Experience coordinating with institutions and universities
