  • collaborating with colleagues in Legal, IT, and Marketing for compliance
  • creating targeted campaign files
  • leading data cleansing programs
  • monitoring data quality across systems
  • resolving technical issues with Technology teams
  • identifying and implementing process improvements for operational efficiency
  • managing internal enquiries efficiently
  • tracking subscription users for upselling opportunities

Requirements

  • proven technical capability with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Customer Insights
  • experience in compliance with GDPR, data security, and data management policies
  • managing CRM executives and overseeing data quality
  • creating mailing files for marketing team
  • onboarding and training new employees to CRM
  • delivering refresher training tailored to business function
  • managing CRM team’s workplan and resource management
  • defining and monitoring team objectives and conducting performance appraisals
  • in-depth knowledge of data protection regulations
