Responsibilities
- Operate CRM campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, and Content Builder.
- Create, configure, and optimize relationship programs, automated journeys, and custom flows.
- Develop segmentations, filters, SQL queries and datasets to ensure relevant, targeted communication.
- Configure and execute multichannel campaigns: email marketing, SMS, push notifications, web push, and WhatsApp.
- Conduct A/B tests, validations, campaign and automation QA, and monitor and produce performance reports.
- Continuously seek improvements in processes, flows and CRM strategies, supporting the evolution of the area's maturity.
Requirements
- Previous experience operating Salesforce Marketing Cloud (minimum 1.5 to 2 years).
- Hands-on knowledge of the following modules: Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, and Content Builder.
- Experience building relationship programs, automations and multichannel campaigns.
- SQL proficiency for creating queries and segmentations within the platform.
- Basic knowledge of data management, segmentation and integrations via FTP or API.
- Strong organizational skills, analytical mindset and results-oriented approach.
