Develop and deliver ongoing training modules to enhance the skillset of sales teams.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to CRM effectiveness and AI utilization.
Requirements
5-8 years of relevant experience in a B2B environment
Strong understanding of Salesforce (SFDC) and familiarity with AI applications in commercial contexts
5+ years of experience using SFDC CRM to enhance business processes
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Sciences or a related field.
Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams, excellent communication skills, and a strong focus on organizational processes and data management.
