FP&A Controller responsible for financial planning and analysis at Ayvens. Leading performance reporting, budgeting, and strategic financial projects within the business.
About the role
- Oversee global collection activity and support Credit Manager in implementing group credit policies
- Work within a newly formed credit control team to develop global policies and procedures
- Act as key contact for regional sections of the credit control function
- Manage high volume of accounts across APAC, USA, EUR and LATAM
- Meet monthly receivables targets and minimise DSO and bad debt
- Perform ledger reconciliations
- Review, resolve or redirect and monitor dispute queries
- Collaborate with and escalate difficult accounts to Account Manager and Credit Control Manager
- Produce weekly cash flow forecasts and monthly provisions
- Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships and hold regular review meetings
- Maintain accurate and timely collection notes and follow-up actions
- Assist implementation and optimisation of Credit Control policies, processes, and ERP across the Group
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as Credit Controller managing high volume of accounts
- Experience managing accounts across APAC, USA, EUR & Latam
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel
- Good understanding of Credit Policy, Processes, and Procedures
- Experience in ledger reconciliation
- Good written, verbal communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organisation, financial analysis, and time management skills
- Strong customer service mindset
- Team player with collaborative problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to learn and support a culture of resiliency
- Additional languages (Spanish, French or Italian) advantageous
- Experience working in teams handling accounts across UK/Europe and US
