Work closely with brokers, underwriters, and internal stakeholders to resolve queries, reconcile discrepancies, and build strong relationships that support smooth payment processes.
Ownership of monitoring outstanding debt, allocating cash, and maintaining clear, up-to-date records.
Produce meaningful management information reports and ensure compliance with FCA, Lloyd’s, and internal policies.
Requirements
Proven background in premium and fee collections within the insurance market.
Experience with Electronic Claims Filing is essential.
Strong understanding of Lloyd’s processes and practices.
Experience with SAP or similar financial platforms is desirable.
Able to work to deadlines and performance targets with self-motivation and focus.
Skilled in prioritising a high-volume workload, especially during month-end cycles.
Demonstrates a strong ability to resolve issues independently and effectively.
