About the role

  • Manage creator and influencer activations end-to-end: sourcing, briefing, contracting, and delivery
  • Build and maintain relationships with creators through The Rise Network
  • Deliver creator content that is on‑brand, on‑brief, and on‑time
  • Partner with strategists and social specialists to execute creator-first ideas
  • Track performance and provide insight-led recommendations to optimise activations
  • Stay plugged into creator economy trends, platform updates, and competitor activity
  • Support new business with creator ideas, case studies, and research
  • Identify, source, and vet creators aligned to client brand goals
  • Manage outreach, negotiations, contracts, deliverables, timelines, approvals, and delivery schedules
  • Liaise with clients on recommendations, status updates, and campaign reports
  • Monitor emerging talent and maintain an active roster of go-to creators
  • Contribute to internal showcases and case studies

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years’ experience working directly in influencer marketing, creator management, or social campaign delivery
  • Hands-on experience managing influencer or creator campaigns (agency- or brand-side)
  • Confident negotiating fees and managing contracts
  • Experience keeping creators on track and managing deliverables
  • Strong organizational skills; able to juggle multiple creators, clients, and campaigns
  • Comfortable briefing creators (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) and reporting to senior stakeholders
  • Plugged into the creator economy and aware of trends, rising talent, and viral formats
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Social, SEO, PR, and Creative teams
