About the role

  • Lead sportsbook and casino operations to drive growth in Chile and other LATAM markets
  • Act as the local brand ambassador, building recognition and trust with affiliates, digital agencies and influencers
  • Develop and execute strategies to attract new customers across casino and sportsbook
  • Adapt marketing campaigns, promotions, and products to suit the local market
  • Negotiate performance-based deals with partners
  • Track key performance metrics and report progress and opportunities to management
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to strengthen market presence
  • Lead market strategies including launches, pricing, and product updates
  • Provide guidance on local regulations and support compliance and licensing requirements
  • Build and manage local teams or agencies to strengthen execution in-market
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver smooth operations and top-notch customer experience

Requirements

  • 6+ years in a commercial role in iGaming
  • Strong experience in LATAM (Chile imperative)
  • Native-level Spanish
  • Fluent English
  • Solid understanding of casino and sportsbook products and customer behavior in LATAM markets
  • Knowledge of payment solutions in LATAM and connections with local providers
  • Proven track record of driving growth and building brands in LATAM markets
  • Strong network in the local affiliate, media, and iGaming communities
  • Comfortable working across teams and departments
  • Ability to work independently with a proactive mindset
