About the role

  • Handle corporate events and travel matters covering employees of Sicredi system entities.
  • Request quotes and negotiate with hotels and event venues.
  • Liaise with event owners and relevant departments for planning.
  • Manage contracts and related payments.
  • Centralized cost allocation (cost-sharing) for Cooperatives and Centrals.
  • Support technical site visits and provide on-site support at corporate events.
  • Provide assistance to travelers when requested.
  • Build and maintain a backlog/database of potential event venues.
  • Monitor and mitigate operational risks to prevent business impact.
  • Lead initiatives to improve the service experience.
  • Support the rollout and expansion of the corporate travel process to cooperatives by coordinating agendas and supporting operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
  • Experience with corporate travel management is preferred.
  • Excel skills – Intermediate.
  • Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and presentations.
  • Proficiency with Office 365.
