About the role
- Develop a detailed understanding of Intapp’s strategic objectives and market landscape.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis.
- Manage the end-to-end M&A process from initial screening to integration.
- Work closely with deal sponsors, and cross-functional leaders on all aspects of M&A.
- Manage a comprehensive due diligence process across multiple functions.
- Structure and negotiate deal terms, including valuation and legal agreements.
- Prepare written communications and presentations to senior executives.
- Create and implement integration plans for absorbed companies.
- Mentor and support junior deal team members.
Requirements
- 10+ years in Corporate Development, Private Equity or Investment Banking.
- Proven track record of leading and executing M&A transactions encompassing diligence and transaction document negotiation.
- Technically proficient, including strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to influence and communicate effectively across all levels.
- Ability to think strategically and identify relevant areas of inorganic growth.
- Business, Economics or related Bachelor's Degree required; MBA optional.
