Responsibilities
Develop a detailed understanding of Intapp’s strategic objectives and market landscape.
Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis.
Manage the end-to-end M&A process from initial screening to integration.
Work closely with deal sponsors, and cross-functional leaders on all aspects of M&A.
Manage a comprehensive due diligence process across multiple functions.
Structure and negotiate deal terms, including valuation and legal agreements.
Prepare written communications and presentations to senior executives.
Create and implement integration plans for absorbed companies.
Mentor and support junior deal team members.
Requirements
10+ years in Corporate Development, Private Equity or Investment Banking.
Proven track record of leading and executing M&A transactions encompassing diligence and transaction document negotiation.
Technically proficient, including strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to influence and communicate effectively across all levels.
Ability to think strategically and identify relevant areas of inorganic growth.
Business, Economics or related Bachelor's Degree required; MBA optional.
