About the role

Responsibilities
- Serve as a key member of the Caregiver Communications storytelling team within Corporate Communications
- Create and deliver internal communications that inform, educate, and inspire Cleveland Clinic’s 80,000+ employees
- Research, write, edit and produce compelling stories that showcase caregiver experiences
- Develop content for the employee intranet, newsletters, and email channels
- Contribute to internal communications planning and manage caregiver feedback
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in journalism, communications or public relations and four years of journalism, communications, media relations or related field, OR High School Diploma and nine years of progressively responsible experience
- Background in journalism, communications, digital content, or related field
- 3 writing samples that demonstrate your ability to tell compelling, human-centered stories.
