About the role
- Analista de Controladoria responsible for managing KPIs and sales performance. Supporting budget preparation and ensuring compliance in audits with internal and external standards.
Responsibilities
- Measure and compile the company's strategic KPIs;
- Produce reports on sales performance of sales executives;
- Process and validate company commissions;
- Monitor the OBZ program;
- Support the preparation of BI reports;
- Assist managers in budget preparation;
- Review the chart of accounts, formulate assumptions, and monitor them in the budgeting system;
- Control policies, instructions, process diagrams, and internal regulations;
- Support and ensure compliance during internal and external audits (ISO 9001);
- Prepare corporate and management presentations;
- Support the monthly close process with Accounting;
- Record/post invoices;
Requirements
- Technologist (tecnólogo) or Bachelor's degree
- Experience in controllership
- Advanced Excel proficiency
- Experience with BI tools
