About the role
- Laufendes Controlling der Too-Big-To-Fail-Regulierung
- Überprüfung des Risikoframeworks und der Risikoszenarien bezüglich Verordnungen zur Stabilität der Gesamtbank in Zusammenarbeit mit den Behörden
- Weiterentwicklung von Massnahmen bei Geschäftsrisiken (Kontinuität kritischer Funktionen, Beitrag zur Finanzstabilität, finanzielle Grundlagen nach CRD/Basel III, Bankgarantien für Einlagen/Assets)
- Verantwortlich für das Controlling des Bail-ins und der Recovery-Pläne, inkl. Risk-Assessment und Analyse der Risikokennzahlensysteme
- Bewertung von Schlüsselrisiken und Assessment von risikomindernden Massnahmen
- Top-down Analyse kritischer Geschäfts-, Applikations- und Infrastrukturprozesse in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Group Risk Controlling
- Weiterentwicklung sicherheitsgarantierender Prozesse und Systeme sowie Kontroll-Interfaces in Group Risk Management
- Koordinationsprojekte für Private Banking und Asset Management bzgl. nationaler und europäischer regulatorischer Vorgaben
- Weiterentwicklung des Stabilisierungs- und Abwicklungsplanungs-Reportings für Senior Management und Finanzmarkt-Behörden, inkl. Präsentationen
- Monitoring der Verordnungen und Rundschreiben
- Ad-hoc Projekte
Requirements
- Master oder Bachelor in Banking and Finance oder Wirtschaftsrecht
- CFA, CPA oder MAS (wünschenswert)
- Berufserfahrung in einer Bank, bei der Finanzmarktaufsicht, als Bank Auditor in einer Big4 oder im Management Consulting
- Know-how im Bereich Banken- und Finanzmarktregulierung
- Berufserfahrung mit der Too-Big-To-Fail-Regulierung
- Interesse an Koordinationstätigkeiten mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
- Analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
- Hohe Detailgenauigkeit bei der Arbeit unter Zeitdruck
- Lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit hoher Eigeninitiative und Kommunikationsstärke
- Teamorientiert mit lösungsorientiertem Ansatz
