About the role

  • Accounting Manager overseeing day-to-day accounting operations for Williams Adley. Responsible for payroll, financial reporting, and budget preparation with supervisory duties.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing day-to-day accounting operations
  • Including payroll processing, financial reporting, account reconciliations
  • Preparation of the annual budget process
  • Supervise accounting staff and ensure regulatory requirements are met
  • Maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial records

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting
  • CPA required
  • 5+ years of experience in progressively responsible general accounting roles
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience
  • Expert knowledge of the principles of finance and accounting
  • Must be dependable and willing to work beyond business hours when requested
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, organized and detailed-oriented
  • Working knowledge of JAMIS accounting system preferred
