Requirements
- Proven experience in managing content production workflows or creative projects.
- Familiarity with multi-format content production processes (e.g., managing videographers, designers, and writers in tandem).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Basic understanding of brand strategy and audience-focused content.
- An analytical mindset to monitor timelines and optimize processes.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Background in advertising agencies or similar environments would be a strong advantage.
- Preference will be given to candidates located in Vilnius, Lithuania.
