Set up and manage merchandising campaigns using internal proprietary tools, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with business objectives.
Review and modify assets to ensure consistency with brand guidelines and app store policies.
Write compelling editorial content and copies tailored to end users, highlighting app features, updates, and promotions in a clear and engaging manner.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of content projects.
Meet deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.
Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in current processes and suggest actionable solutions to optimize productivity.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Visual Design, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
2-3 years of experience in content operations or a similar role.
Fluency in Korean Strongly Preferred.
Hands on experience in using productivity tools like Airtable and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
Familiarity with graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, GIMP, etc.)
Fast learner with a resourceful mindset, capable of adapting to new tools and processes quickly.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
Mobile App / Gaming Industry Experience is preferred.
