Responsibilities
Develop content plans, schedules, and tactical activities aligned with client KPIs and business objectives;
Technical and creative copywriting for social media, video/film scripts, blog (SEO-focused), and email marketing flows;
Monthly reports with critical analysis of metrics and practical optimization recommendations;
Development of briefings and tactical rollouts for paid media (Ads) campaigns;
Coordination of influencer plans and UGCs together with the responsible team member;
Rapid capture and editing of videos (Reels/TikTok style) for requests that demand speed and trend awareness;
Preparation of briefs for external or in-studio productions, ensuring the creative concept is respected;
Strategic planning for product and brand launches (as needed);
Consultative participation in the approval and technical defense of deliverables, with availability for strategic in-person meetings;
Support the team in maintaining creative quality and meeting deadlines.
Requirements
Previous experience in agencies or marketing departments with a focus on strategic content;
Impeccable Portuguese: full command of the Portuguese language to ensure excellence in brand communication;
Strong advertising copywriting skills combined with basic video capture/editing ability (mobile);
Ability to translate data into strategy and defend ideas using technical arguments;
Self-management of high-volume workloads and multiple concurrent timelines;
Prior experience in the beauty market is a plus! ✨
