Responsibilities
Schedule execution: support the operational implementation of content calendars for social media and other channels, ensuring that deliverables are published on time
Write captions, short blog posts and email marketing copy, and scripts, always respecting the brand's tone of voice
Reporting support: assist in collecting social media data and metrics for the preparation of monthly and quarterly reports
Interaction & community: monitor comments and interactions on social media, reporting feedback to the squad as needed
Operational support: help organize materials for photo/video sessions and provide logistical support during studio or on-location shoots
Requirements
Excellent writing skills and strong command of Portuguese
Digital literacy: up-to-date with social platforms (especially Instagram, TikTok and Facebook) and current trends
Highly organized to manage multiple tasks and a strong willingness to learn the strategic side of the business
Nice-to-have: experience in the beauty industry; fast capture and editing of short-form videos (Reels/TikTok); prior experience in the beauty market
