About the role
- Content Creator & Social Media Manager for QFM, a mid-sized company providing telecommunication and energy solutions in Berlin. Responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies across various platforms.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media and content strategies for various platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
- Responsible for planning, running and optimizing social media campaigns
- Create and produce high-quality, audience-oriented content (Reels, Stories, finalized posts)
- Continuously develop and grow our social media channels
- Monitor, analyze and report on performance
Requirements
- Several years of experience in social media management
- Very good knowledge of relevant platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube)
- Strong sense for authentic content, creative storytelling and visual design
- Interest in construction and engineering
- Independent and creative working style
- Confident use of Canva, CapCut and common social media tools
- Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken.
