Responsibilities
Performing complex analysis and modeling to minimize loss exposure and negative impacts to the customer experience.
Utilizing a variety of systems such as Excel, SAS, SQL, Tableau, and other relational databases to provide analytical support on strategies.
Proposing policy and procedural changes within segmentation structures to produce optimal results.
Evaluating data to assess potential fraud risk and create mitigation strategies.
Recommending ways to help the business achieve desired outcomes and make informed business decisions using data analysis outputs.
Leading coordination of the production of product performance reports and updates for senior management.
Requirements
2+ years of experience with platforms, data, analysis or reporting
3+ years of experience as a Product Owner/Lead, business analyst, data analyst, architect or similar role
Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, documentation, and presentation skills.
Proficient with Microsoft PPT, Excel.
Proficient with SQL.
Outstanding quantitative, critical thinking and analytical skills.
