About the role

- Performing complex analysis and modeling to minimize loss exposure and negative impacts to the customer experience.
- Utilizing a variety of systems such as Excel, SAS, SQL, Tableau, and other relational databases to provide analytical support on strategies.
- Proposing policy and procedural changes within segmentation structures to produce optimal results.
- Evaluating data to assess potential fraud risk and create mitigation strategies.
- Recommending ways to help the business achieve desired outcomes and make informed business decisions using data analysis outputs.
- Leading coordination of the production of product performance reports and updates for senior management.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with platforms, data, analysis or reporting
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner/Lead, business analyst, data analyst, architect or similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, documentation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft PPT, Excel.
- Proficient with SQL.
- Outstanding quantitative, critical thinking and analytical skills.
