Responsibilities
Advise and support organizations, teams and individuals on behavioral-psychological issues
Design and facilitate learning formats in adult education
Diagnose, design and implement work-psychology-based interventions, workshops & trainings
Coach employees and leaders during phases of change
Lead projects from analysis through to rollout
Ensure transfer of learning into day-to-day practice
Continuously develop content and offerings and translate new scientific findings into practice
Requirements
Fluent French (C2 level) and German, plus good English skills
Ideally a Master's degree in Psychology with a focus on Work & Organizational Psychology or Business Psychology (similar/related fields possible)
Experience in consulting, organizational, team & personnel development, coaching or adult education
Confident handling of complex and sensitive topics
Self-starter with a structured working style, an entrepreneurial mindset, and interest in business development & sales
High willingness to travel, two to three days per week
