- Consultant in behavioural psychology guiding organisations and individuals towards sustainable change. Focusing on development, coaching, and facilitating learning formats within a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Organisationen, Teams und Einzelpersonen zu verhaltenspsychologischen Fragestellungen beraten und begleiten, mit Fokus auf nachhaltige Verhaltensänderung
- Entwicklung & Moderation von Lernformaten in der Erwachsenenbildung: Wissen verständlich und überzeugend vermitteln
- Diagnose, Konzeption und Umsetzung von arbeitspsychologisch fundierten Interventionen, Workshops & Trainings
- Coaching von Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräften in Veränderungsphasen
- Sicherstellung des Transfers in den Alltag
- Projektleitung: von der Analyse bis zum Rollout
- Inhalte und Angebote weiterentwickeln, neue wissenschaftliche Erkenntnisse sinnvoll in die Praxis übersetzen
- Du machst die Wirkung und den Nutzen messbar!
Requirements
- Du sprichst einwandfreies Französisch (Niveau C2) & Deutsch und verfügst über gute Englischkenntnisse
- Du bist der/die geborene Präsentator:in & Moderator:in, bringst Inhalte überzeugend auf den Punkt und ziehst dein Publikum in den Bann
- Idealerweise verfügst du über einen Master in Psychologie mit Schwerpunkt Arbeits- & Organisationspsychologie oder Wirtschaftspsychologie (Auch ähnliche/verwandte Ausrichtungen sind möglich)
- Du verfügst über Erfahrung in der Beratung, Organisations-, Team-, & Personalentwicklung, Coaching oder Erwachsenenbildung
- Du gehst komplexe und sensible Themen souverän an und überzeugst dabei mit dem nötigen Feingefühl
- Eigeninitiative, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, unternehmerisches Denken, Interesse an Business Development & Vertrieb
- Hohe Reisebereitschaft, zwei bis drei Tage pro Woche
