- Functional Consultant for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance supporting teams in their adoption of the software. Working in a dynamic environment with a focus on process maturity and support for business needs.
Responsibilities
- Accompagner les équipes métiers dans l’appropriation de Dynamics Finance.
- Proposer des solutions fonctionnelles en phase avec les contraintes métiers et techniques.
- Assurer la maintenance corrective et évolutive de la solution (MCO / TMA).
- Participer aux activités de paramétrage, tests et recette des évolutions.
- Animer des ateliers de recueil de besoin avec les métiers.
- Garantir la qualité et la pertinence de la documentation fonctionnelle.
- Participer activement à la vue agile de l’équipe.
Requirements
- Consultant fonctionnel Microsoft Dynamics 365 confirmé
- Maîtrise des modules D365 F&O (approvisionnement, compta fournisseur, vente et marketing, compta client, comptabilité, immo, taxe), avec capacité à paramétrer en autonomie
- Expérience réussie sur au moins un roll-out de Dynamics
- Solide connaissance de la finance française
- Expérience en MCO / TMA souhaitée
- Très bonnes capacités d’analyse, de synthèse et de restitution
- Aisance dans la conduite d’ateliers métiers
- Qualités humaines : autonomie, rigueur, adaptabilité, esprit d’équipe
- Ouverture aux méthodes agiles requise ; une expérience en environnement agile serait un plus
