- Dokumentation und Wissensaufbau durch Anleitungen und Best Practices
- Beratung zur Abbildung effizienter Buchhaltungs-Workflows mit der Kraftwerk-Software
- Optionale Durchführung von Schulungen, Webinaren, Workshops oder Vor-Ort-Trainings
- Schnittstelle zur IT und Entwicklung durch Weitergabe wiederkehrender technischer Probleme
- Fehlerbearbeitung bei Verbuchungen, E-Ladesäulenabrechnungen oder systembedingten Problemen
- Kundenbetreuung und Support bei buchhalterischen Fragen rund um die Software (Telefon, E-Mail, Fernwartung)
Requirements
- Technisches Grundverständnis und Serviceorientierung
- Kommunikationsstärke und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Erste Erfahrung mit einem Buchungssystem (z.B. DATEV, SAP, Diamant, FS, Lexware o.ä.)
- Idealerweise Kenntnisse über buchhalterische Abläufe und/oder Erfahrung im Kundenservice
- Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Rechnungswesen, Finanzbuchhaltung, Wirtschaftsinformatik, BWL oder ein vergleichbarer Abschluss
