Cost Construction Analyst providing repair estimates and coordinating volunteer labor for disaster recovery in Texas. Managing repair projects and collaborating with various stakeholders in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
Assess home damage, verify that the damage is storm related, provide repair estimates, and develop repair plans using skilled volunteer labor and/or local contractors.
Coordinate with the Resource Coordinator for donated materials, volunteer labor, and contractors to manage repair projects and volunteer teams.
Conduct project inspections and provide Scope of Work and itemized estimates for labor and materials.
Walk homeowners through the proper permit process.
Implement city and state-approved hazard mitigation measures.
Supervise the work of all volunteers and contractors ensuring safety and quality workmanship.
Maintain accurate records of construction progress and financial accounts for each project.
