About the role
- External Sales Advisor focusing on scaffolding in Switzerland, driving client development with technical expertise and sales skills. Engage with construction clients to enhance modular scaffolding adoption.
Responsibilities
- Conseil, vente et location d’un système moderne d’échafaudage modulaire
- Suivi et développement des relations avec les clients existants (notamment entreprises de construction et échafaudeurs)
- Prospection active et acquisition de nouveaux clients dans la région romande (Valais, Vaud, Fribourg, Genève, Neuchâtel, Jura)
- Réalisation de présentations techniques et de conseils adaptés aux projets des clients
- Élaboration d’offres et négociation de contrats
- Analyses de marché et de la concurrence afin d’identifier de nouvelles opportunités
- Utilisation rigoureuse du système CRM pour le suivi et le reporting
Requirements
- Formation technique achevée ou qualification équivalente
- Expérience professionnelle confirmée dans le domaine de l’échafaudage ou dans l’utilisation de systèmes d’échafaudage
- Excellente connaissance du secteur suisse de la construction et de l’échafaudage ainsi qu’un réseau existant (atout)
- Sens commercial, solides aptitudes en négociation et esprit entrepreneurial
- Initiative, sens de l’organisation et goût pour le travail autonome
- Personnalité résistante au stress, flexible et à l’esprit vif
- Bonnes connaissances en informatique (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Bilinguisme : français langue maternelle et bonnes connaissances en allemand
