About the role
- Manage preparation of quotations and other documentation to support operational efficiency
- Prepare and manage customer quotations, contracts, and related documentation
- Support negotiation processes and assist in closing deals
- Handle invoice-related activities, including checking, sharing, and compiling invoices
- Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams such as Finance, Sales, and Implementation to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain timelines and accuracy for invoice processing and follow-ups
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and operational guidelines
- Monitor and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and customer experience
Requirements
- Positive and proactive work attitude
- Strong attention to detail
- Collaborative mindset
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administrations, Economics, or similar
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales operations or a similar role
- (In telecommunications a strong plus)
- Strong understanding of quotation, contract, and invoicing processes
- Proficiency in Excel & Word
- Salesforce & Dynamics (great plus)
- Fluency in English (spoken & written)
- Strong analytical skills
