Compute Sales Specialist driving the adoption of HPE Compute products across selected local accounts in Germany. Identifying opportunities and expanding relationships to grow market share.
Responsibilities
Serve as a trusted advisor to new Compute accounts.
Demonstrate business and sales leadership by building mutually beneficial relationships with the account on all levels to grow HPE Compute market share.
Drive Compute revenues, profitability, and pipeline by growing your accounts.
Qualify and review new leads to drive sales opportunities to closure.
Work with partners/ internal account team to ensure a smooth sales transaction.
Build targeted sales pipeline and forecast data driven sales activities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any field (preferably IT/economics)
Typically, 5+ years of selling experience at end-user account or channels level
Profound knowledge of HPE’s solutions – ideally focus on compute - and strong skills to pitch our solutions in front of partners and customers
Experience in developing positive relationships and solving customer problems
Ability to look forward and anticipate customer needs, proactively forecasting sales quota and effectively bridging sales gaps
Profound account management, acquisition and deal hunting skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to prioritize and effectively meet deadlines
Innovative mindset to think beyond proscribed solutions, and take proactive steps to advance HPE’s sales efforts
Proficient usage skills in a CRM system to manage business relationships and the data and information associated with them
Business fluent German language skills, plus excellent command of English.
