About the role

  • Support the onboarding process for structured funds, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.
  • Ensure compliance of FIDC and FII operations.
  • Monitor required documents, concentration limits, eligibility criteria, investment policy, and relevant events.
  • Work jointly with Legal, Asset Management, and Distribution areas.
  • Support internal and external inspections and audits, including liaison with CVM and ANBIMA.
  • Prepare and maintain up-to-date periodic compliance reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Solid experience in compliance or internal controls at financial institutions or asset managers.
  • Prior experience with FIDCs, FIIs, and other structured funds.
  • Knowledge of the operational and documentation structure of FIDCs and FIIs.
  • Familiarity with control and transaction-monitoring tools.
  • Intermediate English proficiency.
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model: 3x/week on-site in Itaim Bibi - São Paulo (SP).
