About the role

  • Community Managers generally manage 4 to 7 communities.
  • Provide dedicated support from key departments.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of HOA portfolio management experience.
  • CMCA certification or the ability to obtain within your first 6 months of employment.
  • Evening availability for Board meetings.
  • Ability to travel to and from properties for in-person meetings when needed.
  • Keen knowledge of budgets and budgeting process.
  • Strong knowledge of audits, reserve studies, bidding process, and Association governing documents.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective presentation skills.
  • Exceptional time management skills and ability to work independently.
  • Commitment to following up on all issues in a timely manner.
