About the role
- Communications Coordinator at BAM supporting communication activities and events, enhancing visibility and engagement within the organization and externally.
Responsibilities
- Ondersteuning bij het organiseren van (interne en externe) events en bijeenkomsten
- Creëren, publiceren en beheren van content op onze corporate communicatiekanalen
- Verzorgen van mailings en interne communicatie richting collega's
- Beheer van SharePoint, de beeldbank en andere digitale communicatieplatforms
- Monitoren, analyseren en rapporteren van statistieken en resultaten van publicaties
Requirements
- HBO werk- en denkniveau met minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een veelzijdige communicatiefunctie, bij voorkeur binnen een grote organisatie
- Vloeiend Nederlands in woord en geschrift, en voldoende beheersing van het Engels
- Ervaring met het organiseren van evenementen en publiceren van content op verschillende kanalen, met een creatieve en ondernemende aanpak
- Je bent zelfstandig, nieuwsgierig en hebt een echte can-do mentaliteit. "Gaat niet, bestaat niet" is jouw motto
- Je bent digitaal vaardig en weet hoe je technologie kunt benutten om communicatie efficiënt en impactvol te maken
