Develop and implement the company’s communications strategy, focusing on internal communication
Write, edit, and adapt internal communication to ensure clarity and engagement among employees
Support and guide the executive management team in communication matters, strengthening our internal brand
Coordinate and work closely with our Communication Manager in Germany to ensure consistent, high-quality communication
Collaborate with other departments to maintain a unified communications strategy that reflects the company's values and goals
Together with the Communication Manager in Germany, plan, develop and launch a new SEB Kort Group Intranet, securing an active and efficient internal communication platform
Requirements
Experience in strategic communication work, preferably with a focus on internal communication
Proven ability to write and produce internal communication that engages and inspires
Fluency in both Swedish and English; German language skills is a plus
Strong skills in balancing strategic and operational tasks in a dynamic environment
Experience in an international setting and working closely with executive teams is a plus
