About the role
- Internship in communication at Lefosse, a legal firm supporting various internal communication projects. Tasks include content creation and communication strategy assistance.
Responsibilities
- Writing content for communication materials, such as announcements, banners, brochures, and other pieces.
- Updating internal communication channels, including informational bulletin boards and similar platforms.
- Supporting the planning and execution of internal communication plans and campaigns.
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations.
- Interacting with internal stakeholders to collect briefings, generate content agendas for channels, and understand communication needs.
- Assisting in producing periodic reports to compile communication metrics.
- Liaising with agencies and vendors.
- Supporting the distribution of internal communications via the CRM system.
- Performing administrative routines for the communications area.
- Updating the corporate website.
- Scheduling and supporting the production of recordings.
- Producing and adapting content for SEO.
- Supporting interactions and responses on official social media profiles.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Public Relations, Journalism, or Communication.
- Excellent writing skills and a passion for content creation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
- Knowledge of social media (advantageous).
- Previous experience in an agency or company performing the described activities (advantageous).
- Intermediate English (advantageous).
- Basic video editing skills (advantageous).
